The formatting on my Nook was all sorts of screwy with this, but the content was still worth it. There was a lot of information, and it was a great find for me as I started up my travel agency. Some of it got a bit "tech jargon-y" but overall it was still a helpful resource and should be considered by anyone going into the travel industry as a profession.
